Dr. Griffies is dedicated to maintaining a reputation of excellence in orthodontics.

Allison

Hello! I’m Allison and I am the new patient coordinator. I am one of the first people you meet in our office, and I love that! I have worked in the dental field for over 25 years and orthodontics is, by far, my favorite specialty. I so enjoy being able to see the transformation of patients and, unlike other specialties, we continue to see patients for years – what great relationships we have! I am originally from the Sandhills. I have two daughters in their twenties and several fur babies – I’ll let you guess which ones I like more! I love to cook, listen to music, and read. The beach is my favorite place to be. I can’t wait to find our what your favorite things are! Welcome!

Kendall

Hello, lovies! I’m Kendall! I have been interested in orthodontics since I was young. I am so excited to now be in the field! I am Allison’s daughter – now you get the double the fun (and trouble!)! I love spending time with my family and watching movies with them. The team here has been so welcoming and I can’t wait to meet all of the amazing patients!

Dacotah

Hi, I’m Dacotah and I am a clinical assistant and laboratory technician with Dr. Griffies’ office.  Both positions really suit my personality, as I enjoy meeting people and working with my hands.  We make all of our own appliances, from retainers to palatal expanders, and it such a cool thing to do.  My hobbies include playing video games and crafting.  I mainly crochet, but I truly enjoy working with any medium.  I have a tuxedo cat, named Florence, but I usually call her Flo.  I found her during Hurricane Florence (Get it?  Get it?)!  I love spending time with my friends and family, and my mom and aunt and I are always ready for Disney trip!  Before working with Dr. G, I was a patient.  I loved coming to appointments so much that I jumped at an opportunity to join the team.  I know you’ll love it here too!

Lisa

Howdy! I’m Lisa and I am a dental assistant. I have worked with Dr. Griffies for years – since the very, very beginning. I love working with patients and this team. We have had so many laughs! I love to read and garden – I can tear it up on my riding lawn mower! 🙂 I have two grown sons, and I even work with my husband, Al. We have the best time getting to know our patients and building relationships that last for years and years!

Brandy

Hello!  My name is Brandy and I have been with Dr. Griffies since 2005.  I have worked at the front desk and chairside, doing everything from finances to scheduling to changing wires.  I moved to Indiana for a few years, but now I am back and helping to manage the office.  It feels great to be working alongside all of these awesome people!  I even see patients from back in the day and it is such a joy!  My husband and I have been married seven years and we each brought boys to the marriage – I brought three and he brought two.  Together we had our daughter, now five years old.  So, if you are doing that math, she has five older brothers, two in college and three in  high school.  Who do you suppose is running the house?  It is a chaotic household for sure, but I still find time to cook and bake, I love music, reading and painting.  I also have a plant problem – how many is too many?  Asking for a friend.  Welcome!

Al

Hi, I’m Mr. Al!  I have been on the team since 2009.  I do a little bit of everything for the office.  I handle supplies, x-ray, sterilization and maintenance – you name it!  I love everything about my job!  I am originally from Detroit – and I won’t let you forget it!  I like camping and riding my bicycle, and watching sports (Go Michigan!).  I also collect coins and practice wood working.  I have been married to my wife, Lisa, for nearly forty years.  We have two children, Richard and Kylle.  Lisa and Kylle also work in the dental industry.  I really love it here and you will too!
